As the new corporate head office for Timbercreek Asset Management, 21 – 25 Price Street was designed as a high-end office building. Nestled in Toronto’s historic Rosedale neighborhood, the building massing and materiality are designed to complement the neighborhood’s heritage character while also providing a modern state of the art office environment. Features such as an extensive green roof and living wall ensure that the building is environmentally sustainable.
