Location – Downtown West, Toronto, Ontario
Status – Completed 2019

An existing vacant heritage building was renovated and added onto with a two storey addition to create a private office suitable for private gallery exhibits. Building systems, museum lighting, and related fire safety controls were put into place while retaining the charm of the heritage building.
