Camp Oachigeas Renovation

Camp Oochigeas is a privately- funded volunteer-led organization that works to provide children with cancer the opportunity to attend summer camp and seek relief from their illness through fun, enriching and accessible means of social treatment. Camp Ooch is not just for children with cancer but also for their affected family members, running year-round out of several locations in Ontario, including Camp Ooch Downtown’s urban recreational facility on Bathurst Street, with close proximity to the Hospital for Sick Kids.

SSA worked with Camp Ooch to provide design services for their new Downtown location. This includes recreation spaces for kids, treatment rooms, staff office space, reception, meeting rooms, teaching kitchen, and flexible spaces for Camp Ooch programs.
