Heath Street West Residences

Location – 67-71 Heath Street West, Toronto, Ontario
Status – Completed 2017

The project consisted of combining two residential lots within the desirable Deer Park neighborhood of Toronto and creating three luxury townhomes. The townhomes are designed with three storeys plus a walkout basement with all levels receiving generous ten foot ceiling heights. Traditional materials are used to compliment the existing built context yet applied with a modern style. The materiality of the interior living spaces is modern yet warm. Oversized windows on both the north and south facades flood the interiors with light, with a signature skylight illuminating the staircase for each home.
